If you want to know what went into the resto, this is the thread
http://www.kettleclinic.co.uk/kcforum/v ... f=6&t=5476
The bike had covered 24,000 before the rebuild
UK registered since Oct 1976. colour, frame and engine number match the V5 but the engine is an 11000 number so according to Ozebook is a later (1977?) engine.
I rode the bike after I completed it in B livery and I have ridden it again this weekend. Starts easily and pulls like a train. It's a lovely bike to ride.
Tax and MOT exempt.
Offers over £4k. You must come and see it if you are interested. PM me

That’s a bargain for a bike of that standard. I always wanted a 380 if my numbers come up I’ll be knocking yer door down
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

My pal has just paid £7000 for a mint newly restored GT380. It's coming up to the right time of the year to sell.

Never heard of him. I had mine done at Chris Applebee's.canaletto5 wrote: including Chris Abblebee crank rebuild (I have the receipt)
Mebbe they know one another.
Bike looks very nice tho' (saw it last time I popped down south to Kev's paintery).
Never had a 380, and if I had room, that'd be the one I'd get (as previously stated by Cyclop's mate.)
Proof that four strokes are over complicated
