Only use the "slimming lens"for when I take photos of myself, they go all kinda squashed when I resize them to make them fit the forum.

I use microslop 'paint' - it's fairly basic, but just drop your pic on it and resize to (say) 25%, then crop out the bit you want to keep and resize the remainder to 1x1. Paste the bit you want to keep on the screen and save it as a .jpg file.
Jpg files are much smaller file sizes than .bmp files in case you didn't realise, bud.
It looks like you're resizing different % rates horizontal to vertical, and it 'warps' the image.

I will post pictures later but have a pristine Headlamp for the GT in chrome, not a mark on it, a set of chrome headlamp ears, again spotless and straight, a set of early (J/K) headlamp ears in greeny / gold which are slightly bent at the indicator mounting, a grab rail needs re-chroming but not rusty (I put the NOS on mine), so it was in use until yesterday, top yoke / bottom yoke set, and a few other bits and bobs.

The piece de resistance was a set of freshly re-chromed T500 pipes, that are truly mint, no marks, not even any fingerprints, so if you know anyone doing a T/GT500 restoration, they are available, before I put them on a well known auction site next week.
Has the headlamp bowl been sold, if not I would be interested, it is for a Kettle isn't it?

Sorry Jeff, I've already bagged it ;)
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".
