If I get my engine repaired by then (I'm sure I will), I will join one of the rides, I'm in Hull so should be able to meet up.

Had words with the people at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway today regarding parking arrangement for the bikes, that now looks like a 'probable'. We could visit Goathland (Aidensfeld in 'Heartbeat' and the station featured in the Harry Potter films) and Grosmont station for a cuppa & bun on the way, then to Whitby for a paddle in't'sea (for Mandy) and afternoon fish'n'chips - or just chips for the veggies!

Gothland is an interesting place with Scripps garage and the Aidensfield arms. Been before and had a pint and a meal in the pub. I was a bit miffed the scouse bird didn’t serve me though :roll:
