tried all sorts of slippery stuff, including the lithium. always use genuine cables, tried routing differently, but still Quite stiff. Part of the trouble is she has small hands and some arthritis in her fingers. One joint has already been pinned. So if I can go down the hydraulic route, it will help her a lot. She is fine on her BMW F700, but starting to struggle a bit on the Kettle.
I have googled a lot about a hydraulic set up, but cant find the right parts so I wondered if Alan could remember where he got the bits from.

There are copies of that on ebay for around 1/10 of that cost - or at least there were when I bought a couple of them.
