hello all fello Suzuki owners , I have Alan’s hippo which is fine it’s all good , I’ve just had the brakes serviced, they are gs1000 calipers , not the genuine gt750 calipers, I have the proper duel master cylinder, and aeroquips lines all quite new , the calipers had new pistons and all new seals both sides and new pads , here’s where the trouble starts , I used dot 5 because Alan used it I believe, and filled the system , I’ve been using a vacuum pump which was good , but I’ve been getting tons of air coming back to the catch bottle which is immersed in brake fluid , I’ve pumped lots of air ok the calipers were off so all air in the system , but never ending air , the lever gets stiff on the left hand caliper , left if you are on the bike , but when I bleed the right it’s full up with fluid ,test the lever and no pressure at all , is there anyway of sorting this guys , I haven’t asked Alan directly because he has too much on his plate .. any help would be appreciated….
