carb balancing gauges

After many years of doing without a set of carb balancing gauges, I am looking at getting a set. It might help with those 4-stroke bikes.... Maybe anyway.

Can balancing gauges be used on the 380/550/750 L-M models?. There is a youtube vid of a set being used on a gt750. Not found anything for the gt550 or gt380.

Just wondered if anybody has done this. Or if there is any great value. Ignition timing and a good set of plugs probably count more.

I do know that Baz uses a set - and he does LOTS of carbs!
