Semi or fully synthetic

Have been running semi since engine rebuild but have been told probably better on fully. Any advice??

No probs scotch just a bit Smokey even though oil pump adjusted. Was told less smoky in fully.

Either will work. If it smokes too much try adjusting the pump and/or experiment with different oils
