Front brake disc interchangeability?

Partzilla suggests a supersession (or two!) for the front brake disc on a GT550K.

My question, therefore, is will the disc from later/different models fit to the 550K without modification?

No idea what a supersession is, but all 550/750 discs fit. There are differences in pattern, but not size or fitting to hubs.
