Yesterday's run out.

Post by Alan H »

As mentioned on the 'Anna' thread.

Nice run out yesterday.
Home to Seaways caff at Fridaythorpe, Filey where we almost had fish & chips, Squires where they have changed pie suppliers again & 'The Market' in Elsecar for (free!) bread & dripping. 170 odd miles in all - bloody knackered!
Me on the Guzzi,
Richard on the Hornet,
Roy on the 900 Kwak,
Chris on the Trident,
Kev on the Beemer,
Steve on the Enfield,
Harrymail on the Trumpet,
Colin on the Gixxer.
And not a classic to be seen!
New Classics?
New Classics?

A great days riding, a good laugh with all the dry Yorkie humour and p1ss taking, and not a drop of rain in sight, brilliant :D
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Yes, brilliant day, thoroughly enjoyed it, along with the banter.

Might be worth another meetup at Seaways next month perhaps?
