Any advice as to which is the best one to fit?

I would swing towards the Newtronic?

Whats the word on the forum?

although i think the mans an "arse" Marcels electronic set up is good.

If you search for the post "marcels" or "picture for snowy" all will be revealed.

Newtronics are popular as well, as preferred by kettle kid.

Mr Cert prefers "clicky sparky things" and that just says it all really.

thanks Mark...

looks ok...

my clicky sparku things and condensers are all taped up with cable joins all over the place... the back plate is so rusty i cant see which set does which cylinder!!!

oh yes, got one of those and thats older than the wiskas on Mose's beard too..... doesnt actually show which set does which though.....

8 o clock is rh cylinder
12 o clock is centre
4 o clock is lh cylinder

As I've said before, perhaps unless you are racing its really tough to cost justify any electronic ignition system as points work just fine if you look after them. On the other hand, if like me you want to play, then any of the several available (I can think of four different makes for the GT750 currently for sale) all work well. With ref to water on electronic ignitions I raced my TZ and my rotax two strokes on the isle of man in the wet and they never gave any trouble! Well the motoplat did fail once when the stator cracked!!!!

Think I'm going to go with the newtronic...........
