As I mentioned in a previous post, I've been working on a new section for my web site. This came about because I was asked by someone why it was my web site name is 'Old Japanese Bikes', but I didn't have information about very many. Fair point, so I started work on a new section called the "Old Japanese Bike Compendium". So far I've been able to capture information on about 124 defunct manufacturers covering the years 1909 through to about 1967. Note that I've deliberately not included manufacturers who are still producing motorcycles - just those who no longer exist. It is still very much a work in progress, I have quite a bit of material still waiting to be posted and I will continue adding information as I happen to find it. And of course if you have data on one that I've missed, or spot an error I'd be pleased to hear from you ! :D

The link to the new section is:

Enjoy ! 8-)
