Hi,
My GT750A has a fuel leak when the tap is in the 'On' position
Reading other posts it would seem I have a leak in the vacuum section of the tap
I've tried dis-assembling but the thin membrane gasket that goes against the outer cover is stuck (to the cover)
Mindful of how thin this membrane is and easily torn does anyone have any suggestions on how best to remove?
Many thanks

Re: GT750A Fuel Tap Leak
If it's stuck to the cover inspect the side of the vacuum you can see and you should be able to remove the "O" ring this may be the reason the tap is leakingGTNelly wrote: ↑Sun Oct 24, 2021 1:51 pm Hi,

It should fit snug in the bore taper and not allow any fuel into the membrane area

Re: GT750A Fuel Tap Leak
Dave, thanks for your reply
Yes, I believe the leak is from the o-ring in the vacuum assembly so will be replacing
Had a go at cleaning up the mating face as well
Fingers crossed!
