Just read this and like the rest I am shocked. I knew that he was not too good but I never realised how bad.
Great bloke, RIP.

Such sad news Scotch, I didn't know Dave very well but met him on a couple of occasions and he was always ready to greet me and have a chat. He was always willing to give advice on this Forum also and will be sadly missed. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.

So sad to hear the news that Dave has been taken far too soon. Of the handful of times I met with him he was always happy to have a chat and always contributed to the forum anyway he could. Helped me out with a gearbox for a GT380 I was rebuilding a few years ago. Deepest condolences to his family and Friends.

RIP Dave.

Scotch, July 6th is not a Friday?
Did you mean this Friday July 8th?
Cheers
