Manx TT 2023
Anyone going over? Our little gang decided against it this year due to losing our regular digs and the ferry crossing going up by over 200 quid ! - spose they got their new boat to pay for now, didn't particularly like the new format last year and the buzz wasn't the same somehow

Re: Manx TT 2023
Never been, always wanted too, until a mate of mine told me he'd been going with his dad since he was a nipper. Said he'd seen Hailwood, Ago, Sheene, etc there, even played me a cassette tape of himself getting excited as Hailwood came tearing past on the 250 Honda six, when he was nine years old. Said it had changed a lot since those days, and now it was all about the money. Shame

Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Hi Ade, what is the bike behind the 400 Honda? Tried my hardest to read the tank badge, but had to give up, looks a stunner though.
Cheers, Steve W.

Yes it's a old Triumph. All three races completed today. Short on time atm as going out to Jurdy day now. Did Gooseneck, Bradden bridges and Quarterbridge..Met a Kettle club guy with a nice special, can't remember his name!!!...
