Am I right in thinking that if I take the plugs out wedge the oil pump wide open and turn the motor over by the kick start I can get enough pressure up to see if any oil is leaking ?
How many times would be reasonable to get up to pressure or could I put her in gear and turn the rear wheel?
Oil Lines problem?

After much faffing around I have decided that the NEW nylon washers are rubbish !
put two of the old ones back on and all is dry (even after 10 mins idling on the bench)
She will probably leak like a sieve as soon as we go out for a test
