Top job! Looks the way I want my 550 to end up, I'm nearly there,these bikes truly are rideable classics!

AAAAhhhh yes i remember it well.Looked like a pile of Scrap but sounded fantastic.Didnt it come off one of the Toyne brothers from Althorpe if i remember right.Has some memories i bet but still doesnt replace the PINK PANTHER.See you forgot me from years back but i not you.Have to try to get some rideouts with all the Lincs/Yorkshire lads this year.We are getting nearly as stong as them midland/southeners....Rick

Hi Andy,
I am soon to complete my A, and I have a poor Left outer pipe with a good spare from a J.
How did you get them to match? I thought they hung lower?

teegee67; if you bear with me a couple of days,i'm going to take off my l/h pipe and take some photos of the mod. required to the rear bracket to make it fit.
I'll post the pics asap.

That's interesting as the centre pipe on my 550 isn't the original and is slightly different to the outers, so I'd be interested in that mod as well.
Nuthin' straightforward in this game is there?
