Re: Gt750K carbs
New seats and needles came in, also replaced the gaskets fir the seats.
Float heights set. I ended up replacing the air screw o rings as well. Probably should have done the idle screw o rings as well
Bike fired up with choke, no problems there.
I might have to replace atleast one choke plunger, i am suspecting that is why that cylinder plug is wet.
Sadly i have the airbox back on, which was a pain, as it is pretty hard. And i had to have the airbox in place first before slipping the carbs in.
Now synching is not fun when i cant see the slides lol
May be i will have to do the manual method.
Bunch of parts coming in, especially the choke cable and handle bars, may be that will help with the plunger seating.
At least i know she runs before i start dumping money i to missing parts.

Re: Gt750K carbs
Hi Salmanz8
A mate of mine taught me a little trick with the Bonnie
If you back right off with idle screw then using your little finger press on the top of the screw whilst flipping the throttle with the other hand until you can feel contact with slide as it drops onto the screw. You can definitely feel the contact
Do the same with all three carbs until your certain they are all just making contact then adjust each screw with equal turns
Works a treat for me
Cheers Dave

Waiting on handle bars and cables and such, then will go on with sync. I had her started without a throttle cable lol
And looking to track down one missing baffle for now.
Thanks dave
