I dont think anyone repairs the pipes professionaly most people attempt this themselves. The banjo's are still available and split pipes can be glued or fitted with a heat shrink to seal them.
You might find this site helpful the Kwak pipes used the same valves. http://3cyl.com/mraxl/oillines/

I have tried him but no luck are we sure nobody here in the uk does oil lines.
