Hi Guys, not getting fuel from carbs to cylinders on my GT380 L,
Jets cleaned, floats are correct and new fuel. Ideas please?

Pull the fuel pipe off the carbs and try all 3 positions. No fuel still? Strip the tap & repair it, or buy a replacement.
