Glad you sorted it out. Sounds like the magnets were pressed in with a little too much force.

The pair of magnets have to be an anti reversion idea to stop the motor running backwards. That's a great design feature. I can't tell you how confusing it was when mine ran backwards before I worked out WTH was going on.

Thanks teazer yes all up and running nicely now, you would of thought there would have been some sort of gauge check :roll: have noticed it's smoking even on all three pots now :D where as before just smoked heavily on the top right :?
