Glenn. Smart looking bike. I've sent you a PM regarding your experience of buying from the USA.

Glenn, Your pics are serving as a great inspiration to me to get my US spec L in Orange restored. I'm a Brit living in the States.

I've got the paint from RS and like you, I have a dent in the tank. However unlike you guys in the UK, I find it difficult locating the one man specialists. Need to get my seat recovered and have found P&P for a cover. Mine has a diamond pattern but see that yours has stripes. I suspect that my bike has the wrong cover - can you confirm.

Thanks, Rob

Looks like it's getting there. I also have a burnt orange metalflake '74 I am restoring here in the states. I noticed you went with amber rear turn signals and reflectors - the U.S. bike came with red ones. I noticed your bike didn't have a rear grab rail, neither did mine. I wonder what all the previous owners did with these?
