Among other things, are changing - mainly if you buy from other countries.
Just had an email from paypal about this and it's longer than a very long thing on the longest day, but it's nice to be aware that they will be charging a fee for currency transactions outside the UK, basically.

Yup I had the same email
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

they've been doing that for years Alan but never send letters.
you just pay a little more p/pal fees .
it has been the case with me anyway.
