Post by Mr Bonehead »

Hi again ,on a similar note to my previous colour question on the liquid cooled emblems on a GT 750 A why are some spelt with a Q with a line through it ? ,are these originals and others reproduction ?

Simple answer, the Japs got the shape of the Q wrong on the early models, but quickly put it right when the mistake was pointed out. Therefore the misspelt ones are rare and strangely much sought after
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".
