Oil pump repair GT750
Hi Guys, I am rebuilding a couple of GT750 motors which have been exposed to Australian outback conditions for many years, I'm looking for advice on the oil pumps, is there specialist where I can send two very sad looking oil pumps too for renovation? I've done a few searches, including old Japanese bikes, but specialist repairers appears to be an artform. Don't mind sending them overseas, Help.

Re: Oil pump repair GT750
You can send them to me. I have tons of spare oil pump parts. But before you do that, please check http://pinkpossum.com/GT750/Oilpump.htm I created that quite a long time ago. To be honest, they don't really wear out unless they have sucked a load of dirt through, but the plungers do stick and fail to pump.
Ian (astrax) on this site has also repaired some. https://www.astrax.co.uk/bikes/oil_pump.html
Ian Sandy (OldJapaneseBikes) in Canada has rebuilt some too, but he passed away last year.
There may be others around who can rebuild them too.
