GT550 L colour change

Post by Rich100 »

Hi All,
Please can i get some views on changing the colour on my GT550L back to an original paint scheme.
It's currently been resprayed by the previous owner a metalic black with a pinstripe along the bottom of the tank as the picture below shows and i don't feel this is something i can live with

I would like to paint it Hawaii Green which is i think one of the correct colour schemes for that year as the picture shows.

It's either the green or marble scarlet or the silver they did for that year, just want to get the thoughts of you experts :D

Cheers guys,

Rich.

Hi Dave,

Cheers mate, i wasn't sure about it, either red or the Hawaii green, one or the other. Now i've seen your bike which is lovely in that colour i'm leaning towards the green.

Thanks,

Rich.

A quote from my old dad 8-)

I started out with nothing and I’ve got most of it left!

Doesn't matter what the colour is if YOU like it. Who's bike is it anyway?
Proof that four strokes are over complicated
