Just a quickey, in case someone clever can clarify things prior to me taking stuff apart.
My '76 550 has twin front calipers, giving very decent braking. Since this mod was done long before I got the bike, I don't know which model the calipers came from. They look identical, so is it reasonable to assume that the non-OEM side must be from a GT750, or possibly both are from that source?
The reason I 'm asking is that I need to put new seals in both, and need to know which model/year to order parts for. Are they all the same? One check on an ebay item stated that '76 GT750 seals wouldn't a 550 of that year. Is this true?
Thanks for any help with this!
Nick

Re: Front caliper seals
May help if you post a photo of your calipers so we can identify them.

Yep, standard Nissin calipers, the seal kits will fit fine
