Yeah 1970's frames look really puny compared to modern stuff
I replaced the bushes and zinc plated the tubes on my engine when I restored it.

Stunning!!! I'm very envious :D
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Tell me about it  I've spent so much on buying old bikes, restorations, new bikes and parts and rallies/shows over the last 50 odd years, it's scary.

But if I hadn't think of all the fun and mates i'd've missed out on :D

Including Alan H ;)
