T500 engine bushing and spacers

Can anyone tell me how to remove the engine bolt spacers and the engine bushing

Yeah 1970's frames look really puny compared to modern stuff

I replaced the bushes and zinc plated the tubes on my engine when I restored it.

I've spent so much on buying old bikes, restorations, new bikes and parts and rallies/shows over the last 50 odd years, it's scary.
