No probs mate. I didn't expect a 52 year old bike to be perfect!

No mate, it's from Japan - by way of the US.
AFAIK, it's never been here before, but it's not a git - just recalcitrant, but it'll come round eventually. :|

Well, I managed to sort out the charging situation - intermittently - due mainly to hit'n'missing connections in the 1967 harness. But I wan't too happy with it and had bought a NOS wiring harness a week or so ago and after I ran out of swear words today, removed the old and started to fit the new.
Did you know that to get the headlamp out, there's 6 assorted screws to remove? Well, you do now, and so do I Image .
Had to chalk 'sod' on it all as it got cowd'n'dark in the garage so it'll get finished termorrer. T'was rainy & manky outside, so room was at a premium!
Ticks over better too now the right carb main jet needle holder downer spring thingy has decided (with some persuasion!) to sit where it should.

Hi,Alan do both 200 twins have the dual instruments in the headlight,?
I've seen pictures of bikes fitted with just a speedo
Cheers.

Yes, but I think the (blue) original was just a speedo. It's very poorly though!
They both have rev counters now. Strange that the blue one has the r/c drive though. Not sure if this was standard on the '67 T200 bikes.

The original speedo. The bikes ok, except for several poor connections in the main wiring harness. All will be sorted and it's keeping me off the street corners.
