Had another look at the occasional oil leak problem and after lots of cleaning and still not being able to see where it comes from, I decided to get the bike running, in gear (on the centrestand) and just wait.
After much waiting, the leak seems to be from the oil seal on the gearchange shaft (22x10x7mm) which Suzuki make out of pure gold according to the price, so I got a couple for £2.40 apiece off ebay! They should be here tomorrow so hopefully I'll have a leak free bike 'soon'!
Oh, of course the chain was tired and needed replacing, so ebay was looked at (again) and one found at £19 inc. postage which got here on (last) Friday. It's a 525x94 chain, so a 'heavy duty x ring chain' shouldn't be needed on a 200. Whistle see!
The other seal is for the T200 which has a similar hidden leak.......

All the oil seal stuff has been fitted and leaks seemingly cured, well tested with a couple of runs out, but the battery isn't happy so will need replacing.
There's an issue with the electrics, in that there's a 'leak' when the ignition is off, so the favourite is a faulty diode on the rectifier.
Fortunately I got 2 when the rectifier on the T200 was knackt, s that shouldn't be a big job - unless, of course, it's something else......... :roll:

Not used the Stingray much this year due to covid and 2 x 550s to build. As the garage is now very full of 5 bikes now, I've decided to let oth 200s go. It'll be on ebay unless someone on here is interested.
Lovely bike, but just not getting used enough to justify keeping it. More details on this thread, pm me for other details and price. Ta.
