Here you can post a picture of you and your bike. Also where you are located and if you are prepared to give local kettle owners some of your time and experience. Please don't do discussions here just some facts about yourself. This was Glens idea! Thanks BAZ

Hi Everybody just signed up for your forum yesterday and thought i'd introduce myself.
My name is John and iv'e been riding bikes for as long as i can remember if i can recall i'm sure i originally passed my bike test in Germany when my father was stationed out there in the RAF.
I live in Doncaster and work at DSA Robin hood airport since it opened. I have a varied collection of bikes but mostly Suzuki 2 strokes as i love the smell , it reminds me of better times.
My first bike at the tender age of 15 was a Benelli 50cc then a kreidler RS50 which was a German bike. Then in the UK as a 17 year old i worked at our local bike shop Cusworths as a mechanic which allowed me to test many different types of bikes.
My favorite bikes back then were RD350 air cooled machines i just loved them but always wanted a GT380 or a 550 but never had one until now. I've put a few photos of my suzukis which i ride on a regular basis, hope you like them.
I hope to have lots of banter on here and if i can help anyone out that would be a bonus.
Look forward to speaking to you guys on this forum.

Cheers,

John.

Hi and welcome to the asylum, loadsa fun and frolics here plus plenty of p1ss taking (hope you’ve got a thick skin)
Obviously a man of taste as you’ve got a nice T500, the more discerning members of this forum are fans of the best air cooled two stroke Suzuki made 8-)
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!
A quote from my old dad 8-)

I started out with nothing and I’ve got most of it left!
