Out with a mate last night......

and he'd found an old pic of him (with broken arm caused by falling off his Ariel Golden Arrow) and me on my Suzuki M12 back in 1968, both of us as 17 year olds!
Of course I'm at the height of fashion with my 'animal coat'.
Note his Dad's car in the background as well......

I had a DJ, because I couldn't afford a Belstaff on about £7 a week and paying board out of that!
Good job I hadn't started drinking 'properly' even though it was only one (shilling) and tenpence ha'penny a pint back then.....
