Looking for my old kettle

Post by Suzukinut »

Hi, I'm trying to find my old bike Suzuki GT750B YAC 888 S , I've gone down the DVLA route but they say I've got a valid reason for them to give me where the bike is or owns it, been looking for ages, any help most welcome.

A short intro would be nice first. Bit about the bike too.

Thanks for replies to my post about trying to find my old kettle,

I live in Hinckley 2 min's from the Triumph factory and I've just bought a new Bonnie 1200 ht and vey nice it is, I bought the kettle new in 1978 sold it a year later but have regretted ever since, I've done some investigations to try and find it but hit a brick wall.

Many thanks again.

John.

Be careful ,it might be like looking for your first love at school, not everyone will have treated her as nice as you did and the years will have taken its toll.I searched for Kevin my MK 1 Astra GTE Turbo Technics and eventually found him via the www, been parked in a damp garage for years and all rusted up,couldn't be saved and eventually he was broken up and sold for bits, still google it ever once in a while, like watching a scary movie ,you don't want to look but can't help yourself. Rust in peace Kevin.

Good luck Mr B
