I may start putting gauges back together this weekend. I have ordered a new glass lense for my temp gauge as the three spares I have all have scratches, I was hoping to see it this week but probably won't

I bought some gear from a gentleman a while ago from Europe that I opened today........and another day that I'm disappointed with the product
I will admit that I am partially to blame as my wife say's that my "expectations of people" are too great

I'm not a gauge restorers ar*ehole, just an ar*ehole
I could have easily paid someone to do the job but I try to do what I can in my own garage.
If I'm doing it, this is as good as it gets.

Re-spoked both the wheels today, only done the nipples up finger tight and will get back to them in fortnight and tighten. The rims are from Suzuki(made in Thailand) and are very close to perfect laterally and round
Though the chrome is average, it fits with the theme of Suzuki's chrome of that era
I have some new gloss sleeving turning up this week after a four week wait on postage
So I'll get back into the gauges next weekend and redo the wiring so I can get those finished.
