Is standard.
Not seen it on any other GT750J.
bike is a low number j did they just put it
On the first 6 months.

No, that’s an after market rad protector and a worthwhile addition. None of the J/K models where fitted as standard with anything like that.
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

The J/K had end caps fitted to the radiator itself and they where colour matched to the tank & side panels as in the pic of mine below.

Welcome to the forum Steve... Early j's had colour coded, ( painted the same as the tank, & side panels..). There's 9 pieces to a J paint set... Then came the K modle that has plastic chrome rad ends.. then when the L came next, Suzuki stopped with the plastic rad ends...
