At your advanced age those 3 pension increases must be like winning the Euro lottery. ;)
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Well I’ve finally sorted all the paperwork (thanks Richard) photographs and the dating certificate from the VJMC plus the NOVA and £55 then sent it all to the DVLA special delivery. It’s now in their hands so gawd knows how long it will be before I get the V5 back. I’ve got a plate maker ready to do my new black & silver number plate. All I need then is big Boris to give me permission to go for a ride. Just out of interest how long is it taking the boys in Swansea to get their act together nowadays?

A little present off a friend, (can’t mention names as he’s got a reputation to keep up) just to ensure no crap gets into my meticulously cleaned carbs 8-)

What you didn't mention is that you have to collect all the rust and send it to him in Wombwell (oops, sorry!) so he can sell it for ferrous scrap.
