Disappointed not to have won this special signed piece of wood, however I've now made an equivalent donation to this excellent charity instead :D
I thought about it, and it's the thought that counts as we all know. 8-)
So it wasn't you then
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

I shall keep it locked in a safe. With any luck, Scotch will become a famous wood block artist, known for inscribing on random bits of timber in the dead of night. I can then sell it for a small fortune :D

I was gutted that I missed out on this on ebay as I thought I had put in a high enough bid.
obviously not high enough though.
was there a "burn it now " price in the original listing?
Could become a collectors item in the future.
