Good reply Steve
I’m not one to cause trouble, but Alan made me do it, we’ve been lovers for a while now and he wears the trousers, so what he says I do.

I should see a doctor about that Didge, no wonder you and that strange Alan H get on so well.didge wrote:I’ve not been on here for a while and I have to ask, why does the grey kettle have scales like my chicken legs ?
But with legs like that Didge, perhaps you should wear the trousers.didge wrote: Alan made me do it, we’ve been lovers for a while now and he wears the trousers, so what he says I do.
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Of course it was, Paul, mainly because it was on home ground here In the undisputed God's County. Yorkshire.Harrymail wrote:I've just looked back through the photos and it seems such a long time ago. It was a heatwave that weekend. A great time, my highlight of the year.
Although I'm quite sure in his inimitable way, Steve's rally would have been just as good, even though it wasn't in Yorkshire.
Well, what can I say about that. I must have nodded off and missed it.....didge wrote:Alan made me do it, we’ve been lovers for a while now and he wears the trousers, so what he says I do.
I certainly wear the trousers (except when sat on a windowsill in Wales, of course) and as far as Daryl doing as he's told - well, he's a cockertoo cockernee, so he'll do bugger all at the best of times, whether told or left to his own device (he's only got one, poor chap)........
My sympathies are with his very nice, quiet and cuddly Ann(e?) his long suffering missis.
