I have heard stories of having to pay if you went in the Cat & Fiddle car park.......is that still the case ?

The signs in the car park threatened a £100 fine for none customers and a camera system is in operation.
When we brought coffee I asked and they told us to enter registrations in the computer touch screen in the coffee shop. No payment was mentioned ..... or required?
No other customers made any payments.
It seemed an odd set up to me .....I assume it's proof of being a customer but anybody could just walk up and use the touch screen without buying anything........If I get a parking fine I'll be very miffed.
