West Stockwith bike night.

Post by stevewharton »

Weather's looking good, so having a ride out to West Stockwith today, should be there by 5pm if anyone else is going.
Cheers Steve W.
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Well, Squires was nice and sunny anyway!
Talking to a chap on a 380 that is looking to swap/px his GT500 for a 550 as he prefers triples. Look for a new poster sometime 'soon'.......

Plenty of bikes there tonight, although there was no food as the landlord fell down the cellar steps yesterday and badly injured his knees - now in hospital.

Pleased I ate before I went then, or I'd've been really annoyed about the landlords inconsiderate clumsiness ;)
Still a good bike night though, with some interesting bikes, chat and banter and a cracking different ride home, courtesy of my mate Andy Ward :D

Yes. a good night, but I was a big hungry by the time I got home!... fixed the exhaust Steve; it was only the two bolts had come loose and both retightened ok, so no stripped threads!.
Hope the weather is good for the last Leverton next weds.
