Here you can post a picture of you and your bike. Also where you are located and if you are prepared to give local kettle owners some of your time and experience. Please don't do discussions here just some facts about yourself. This was Glens idea! Thanks BAZ

Hi Mark, welcome to the forum.
Tell us a bit more about you and your kettle, like where you are, which kettle model you've bought and your biking history.
We're a nosy bunch on here ya know.
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Hi Mark and welcome to the forum,if your rebuild is like mine you've got a few years of head scratching, swearing and drinking coffee ahead of you ,if you've got a wife tell her it's gonna get rough ,if she's anything like mine she'll appear at the most crucial moment when youve spent the last 3hrs trying to hold, push, lift and turn that one bolt without dropping it into the crank to save a major strip down and tell you that she can't believe you haven't got a tool to do that job and what have you been doing all day,?
Enjoy cheers Mr B
