left cylinder and pipe hotter than centre and right

Post by simonphillipsmith »

Should I be worried about this?
Getting a good spark on all cylinders and the bike seems to be running fine.
compression is slightly lower than the others (but within tolerance).
I have struggled to get the carbs balanced after rebuild - found that my gauges are not calibrated :(
Thanks for any thoughts!

Sounds like one cylinder is working more than t'others.
Adjust the carbs so they all run similarly.

Always nice to do a quick intro, so people know that you know the basics of classic bikes - or not - and where in the universe you currently inhabit.
