Just purchased a running 1972 water buffalo. Very excited to ride it this summer then take it down to the frame this winter and give it a good restoration effort. Hoping some members could fill me in on a couple of questions before I take it out for a ride.
What coolant is best for this bike. Any particular brands preferred?
Is the oil injection system dependable to never fail. Do owners mix oil in the gas and if they do, what mix ratio?
I am sure I'll have more questions later, but these two will help me feel good about the cooling and oil systems.
