Torque link washers
Does anyone know where I could find some new front brake torque link washers (09167-10004) for my J model? No mention in the forum so I thought someone might know. If not, I could probably fabricate a few.

Or Toolstation do SS nuts, bolts, washers if there's one near you.
That's what's on my GT550J torque arms.
It helps if you tell us which country you're in.

Thanks all for the help. I try to do the research to solve my issues but sometimes you have to call out to others for help. And BTW, I am in a small town out of Portland, Oregon in USA.
Thanks again

FYI, it looks like Ian at Astrax has retired from reproduction work. There is no contact or purchase info on the page. Too bad, a incredible resource. Anyway, thanks for the lead.barney01 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2025 5:34 pm Astrax on here sells stainless ones look here

Re: Torque link washers
Unfortunately I have not been making bike parts for just over 3 years now, currently working for another company and doing quite long hours, so don't have any spare time to make anything.Fritzer wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 4:49 pmFYI, it looks like Ian at Astrax has retired from reproduction work. At some point in the future I will be back making bike parts, but working for them is financially better than the bike stuff, so happy to continue there as long as they need me.

You have to do what is right for yourself first. Good call.astrax wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 9:10 pmUnfortunately I have not been making bike parts for just over 3 years now, currently working for another company and doing quite long hours, so don't have any spare time to make anything.Fritzer wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2025 4:49 pmFYI, it looks like Ian at Astrax has retired from reproduction work.
