Zinc gt550A spokes

Now I know I can get a set of rear stainless spokes for a 1976 gt550 for 100+ quid. But has anybody found a supply of zinc plated ones.

I have just finished the rebuild of a set of Honda wheels using zinc plated spokes for a 3rd of the price of the stainless ones.

The gt550a is not going to be a show bike. Normal, factory grade spokes are fine...... But nobody seems to do zinc spokes for the old Suzuki bikes.

I tried to do the same thing. Honda are good at replacement zinc spokes. I didn't find anybody doing the same for the gt550. There was a guy doing these, but he retired. Price-wise, they may well end up as expensive as stainless anyway.
