Problem with it is that its value is in its "lack of use" "as new" condition so it can only ever be a show piece and cant really be used, the engine would probably need stripping (crank seals) before you started it.

Back in 07 I sold a GT380 with exact same mileage for almost £5k, not quite as nice as that, in fact it needed a few bits of refurbishment as it hadn't been stored very well.
Guy who bought it came down from ooopp north and rode it 250 miles home. No crank seal issues that time.
It wouldn't surprise me to see that being used again.
