Crooks Suzuki spares

I bought my original 550 in 1972, managing to write a car off in Barrow in Furness on the 14th October the same year while visiting the hallowed shrine of Crooks Suzuki for rear sets etc to make my bike like the proddy racer that they had at the time - I'll find the pic out to prove it! - Anyway, several parts were duffed up a bit and I ended up in North Lonsdale hospital, where some of the staff visited and fetched magazines to read. No not that type, all clean living lads they were and fetched different bike mags.
I had the bike repaired and this was the original parts list with prices written on by me from their insurance quote.
Any chance that there are any parts from the same batch knocking about?
Here's the list for a laugh - HOW MUCH?!?!?!?!?!?

Remarkable bit of paper - the most astonishing number for me is the labour cost. What did tha eat back then eh? bread an' drippin wi'out the bread?
ps: if you track down another batch of parts, I'll have 5 NOS exhausts :-)))

The seat is about the same price as today...............if you move the decimal point forward one! I have a large collection of Classic and Motorcycle Mechanics from the seventies and I must admit I have been having a job getting my head around how hostile some of the letters to the editor and help pages were with regard to the cost of service parts during this period, the air filter on the list at £6.50 does seem very expensive as a lot of the younger generation in 1972 were probably only on £30 - 40 a week if that, can any body elaborate on that. (i didnt leave school untill 1976).

The bike cost £610 on the road in August 1972. I bought it as a 21st birthday pressy to myself!

I'd have been on about £5 a day as a Colliery electrician then - the top rate!
Plus overtime would have been about £40 a week on the top of the note.

EEE! when ah were a lad!!
