Some of us are still out here on earth.

Sold the Phat Trakka and now have some space to work on the GT750 drag bike.

I think the GS1100E transmission will work. It needed some major changes including narrower bearings to squeeze it in, but I think it will work. Clutch is the next issue. GS750 basket with straight cut primary gears looks like it will work if I can get the rivets in properly and then on to the next challenge.

BTW,

Anyone else old enough to remember that song? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73ks2TPPyho

I remember it, Jonathan King, 1965 I think.
I remember him singing it on "Top of the pops" introduced by Jimmy Saville.
Those two plus Paul Gadd, aka Gary Glitter, should've been drowned at birth!!!
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

For once, I agree with Steve. The best parts of them were thrown away when they were born.
