Yes, it's possible you have a venting problem with the cap. Have a good look at it. Please also note that even the best recently serviced carbs can still suffer with sticking floats etc if they have been standing around. Look into it before you spend a bundle

Yes most definitely I’m going to look at the small vents kind sir , hopefully with some work she will run
