Perhaps a case of 'Not' recommended services, if Baz has a section for that. If this is what they've done, they should be shpt or at least give you ALL your money back as a present for not grassing them up to Trading Standards. On the other hand, get the money, THEN grass them up. Dangerous stuff. Feel better now I've got that off my chest.
