Thanks.. The key thing, is to to take your time, and don't be rushed.. Also find a good supplier of decals, and stick with him.. As there's a lot of shoddy decal suppliers out there..

Hi John. I didn't know that. I'll experiment with my butchered cowl decal.To be fair, positioning wasn't the problem. It was lifting off the pro-tape that started it all. I tried to clean the gunge off with white spirit. Maybe it should have been warm water. You live and learn! Kev

Try petol to clean the gunge,
Then soapy water.

Well, it's painted and doesn't look too bad. The quality of the stripes is poor so not show standard but it will do to get the bike on the road.

If I send you my tank, headlamp bowl, headlight ears, rad side covers and side panels can you paint them that badly please :lol:
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!
